I have used Zerorez several times and everytime I am reminded of how great this company is! Reasonable rates, exceptional service, and super clean carpets! We are friends and neighbors of the owners at Zerorez so there is no question who we call for carpet cleaning, but the true success is their technicians. Reggie that came to our house today was fantastic. Very courteous. We have had different technicians each time we call and all have been great, but Reggie has been the best yet. Thank you Reggie, the stairs and carpet look new again after 12 years!!!

Zach came in and recommended that we get their advance stain remover due to how long the stains were there and how many. Although it was not cheap it was the absolute best cleaning any of my carpets have ever had. By the time he was done there were no remnants left of the stains. Normally there is still signs when you shine the UV light on it but not this time. Plus no masking scents trying to hide a shoddy job. Zach was awesome as well. He did not pressure us into the stain remover but explained in detail how it will work and why it works so well. He also had me come down during the process to show the progress and how the previous service that came in 2 months ago left a lot of soap in the carpet. Definitely will recommend them to others. The guys made the service. I was already sold on the business, however it was better than expected. Very educated employees are a pleasant surprise. I had questions, and they had the answers. I appreciated getting even more helpful information. Will absolutely recommend you.

We called to get our carpets cleaned and the offered to have someone come out the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone. Jordan cleaned our carpets and did a fantastic job. He was very helpful in giving advice on areas he thought we needed it. Our carpet looks great! He was able to get the job done in a quick amount of time. Their prices are also very affordable. Highly recommend Zerorez, and we will be using them again in the future.

Great job Zerorez!!! First time using them had 3 rooms done (incl. the Master bdrm) for $107 reasonably priced. Zerorez were very accommodating as far as my schedule I was able to reschedule twice within the day when an emergency arose. The ladies on the phone were very helpful and understanding. The technician Scott was amazing! He was thorough, hospitable, he was very quick, in and out. My carpet is soft and not crunchy, he answered all my questions and listened to my concerns regarding my pets. If you want it done right call Zerorez

They were very efficient in making an appointment and coming as soon as possible. I didn’t have to wait a week or two. They had a great affordable price and did a very quick but efficient job. I could see my carpets come back to life while they were cleaning them. It was wonderful! Definitely will use them again.
